Seedble – Democratizing Innovation

From 2020 I joined the Seedble team as Senior Innovation Advisor with an important mission, to democratize access to innovation.

We help SMEs and Corporates to manage their innovation projects, identifying high-performance, efficient solutions with a quality-cost ratio that is consistent with the business.

There are three macro areas that we cover:

• Digital Transformation: tools and methodologies for a future-proof evolution of the organization
• Operating systems: new paradigms of work and people organization to update the company operating system to a 2.0 version (smartworking and agile working)
• Open Innovation: without opening to the outside, a company has more difficulties in innovation processes, which is why we support these evolutionary processes of companies with open innovation initiatives, connections with the startup ecosystem and national and international initiatives.
